RETURN POLICIES

1. All returns must be accompanied by a register receipt. If there is no receipt, a store credit will be issued for the lowest sale price of the year. Only unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days. Please save your receipt.

2. All packing material must be returned with unused items.

3. All returns after 30 days from the date of purchase will be issued a store credit only.    No refunds.

4. Refunds for returns will be in the form of check, credit card or store credit.     No Cash refund!

5. Minimum 15% service charge on returning bikes whether it has been ridden or NOT.    Bikes cannot be returned, if it shows wear, is dirty, damaged or missing components.

TRADE - INS

Sorry! We do not trade any bicycles. However, use our Bulletin Board or Web Site to sell your bicycles. Thank You!

SPECIAL PURCHASE

Purchase two (2) or more bicycles from Washington Bike Center and receive an additional 10% discount on any parts and accessories purchased at that time. This discount is not valid during any Sale!

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special Orders on items we do not normally stock must be paid in full at the time the order is placed.   These items are neither returnable nor refundable. Thank you for your support.
